SHOW DETAILS
- Total duration: 70 minutes
- Doors open 10 minutes before showtime. Please arrive early for check-in and staff guidance on the proper usage of the VR headset.
- Tickets are final sale. No refunds or rebookings.
- There will be no physical tickets and tickets will be sent separately through Evey. The email confirmation is not your physical ticket.
- Ticketholder must be present during check-in.
- In the event that you are purchasing more than one ticket, you and your party must all be present during check-in.
- Orders containing multiple tickets will be seated together in order of arrival, on a first-come first-served basis. If enough seats are not available in the same section for your full party, you may be seated separately.
- Doors close 10 minutes after the scheduled showtime. If you arrive late, you may enter for the remaining time of your showing and receive your full inclusions. No rebooking or transferring ticket times.
- To get the best experience at the VR concert, we recommend wearing contact lenses. Some glasses may not fit comfortably inside the headset because of limited space, and wearing them can make it harder to keep the visuals in clear focus. If you watch without glasses, the visuals may appear blurry and you might not feel the artist up close as intended. If you need to wear glasses, please choose smaller frames, as large or thick frames may not fit inside the headset. For the best fit and comfort with glasses, please ask a staff member to help you put on and adjust the headset.
- We recommend this experience for ages 12+. Attendees under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult who can assist them with their VR headset. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or guardian's permission to purchase a ticket.
- If you are unable to attend the show for any reason, you will not receive your inclusions. Inclusions cannot be shipped and must be claimed in person.
- Physical inclusions are provided exclusively to event attendees. In the event of a cancellation and subsequent full refund, physical goods will not be fulfilled or shipped.
- Please note, only lidded beverages and dry concessions will be permitted within the auditorium.
- *If you are experiencing technical difficulties before or during the show, please find a staff member.

Outstanding Chew Toy

My dog is beyond an aggressive chewer. Toys are in pieces in minutes no matter what the manufacturer says. The squeaker? Forget it gone immediately. She has had this toy for two days and not only is it intact but she hasn’t been able to remove the squeaker!! Great product!!!

Heavy duty

I just unboxed this so I will update if my opinion changes. I bought the medium dog toy, it’s a a great size, perfect for my 110 pound lab and my 60 pound pit terrier mix. It’s heavy duty so I don’t see this being torn apart anytime soon, it has a slight mint scent (mostly rubber). As of right now, I can confidently say that I see myself buying more from this brand. Hopefully it helps with their stinky breath, if not then at least it’s a fun toy for the pups.
Update: after over a month of play I can say it’s still going pretty strong. My dog did manage to damage it a bit but if you have dogs who are rough on their toys, this is a good option. I was also surprised to find out that there is a squeaker in the base of it, the pups have to bite really hard in order to hear it, heavy duty toy.
I will say one of the only downsides is that it doesn’t seem too appealing to my pups. If there are other toys around they’ll go for the other toys but occasionally will pick this. I still recommend it. Has been lasting us awhile (I have 3 pups).

Dog ends up eating plastic ends

At first I thought this would be a great toy but in reality the design doesn’t make sense. The little pieces ‘pricks’ of the cactus get chewed off and swallowed by the dog. So you’re essentially feeding them plastic.

AMAZING for my Doberman

This toy is the absolute BEST! It has out lasted every other toy by a long shot. So far it has lasted 7 months with a very tough chewer. No other toy has lasted more than a week or two aside from this one. I got this the same week I got my Doberman puppy. I am very impressed how well it has lasted so far. It’s still in great shape but is missing some of the “spikes” and has some tooth indents. Squeezer still works well too. It’s one of his favorite toys.
